Travel is included for properties in the San Joaquin Valley and San Luis Obispo County. Elsewhere in California, such as Tahoe or San Diego, travel starts at $500. For properties outside California, write to us and we'll quote travel for your location.

06About Seven Summers

Not in the program yet?

Seven Summers Host Academy is a six-month mentorship run by Janel Gallucci and Hanan Kim. In their words, it is a "fast track to financial freedom with short term rentals." They teach you how to find a place, design it, know your guest, name your hero shot, and price it right. Some of our favorite shoots have been with their students, and the places they build are the ones this package is made for.

A live group call every week, 90 minutes, recorded. Real galleries, including the ones we shoot, become the lessons.
